Dr Mohsin Butt

Dr. Mohsin F. Butt is an NIHR-funded Academic Clinical Fellow in Neurogastroenterology. He undertook initial neurogastroenterology training in Central London, alongside Prof Qasim Aziz, before moving to the NIHR Nottingham Digestive Diseases Centre where he is supported by Prof Maura Corsetti. He was awarded the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Diseases Preceptorship Award to complete a research fellowship in neurogastroenterology with Prof Adil Bharucha at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, USA. Mohsin is passionate about improving outcomes for patients who have disorders of gut-brain interaction and persistent physical symptoms, including fibromyalgia syndrome and complex regional pain syndrome.
