Our active ingredients are types of live and “activated” lactic acid bacteria. These are:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus
- Lactiplantibacillus plantarum
- Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus
- Enterococcus faecium
All four are safely used in food. Patients simply take a single daily shot of Symprove (70 ml) on an empty stomach (10 minutes food and drink)
